1. General provisions

1. 1.1. The website floroom.com.ua is owned and operated by Individual Entrepreneur Radkina Iryna Hennadiivna (TIN: 3305517022), hereinafter referred to as the "Administration".
2. 1.2. These Terms govern the relationship between the Administration and every visitor or customer of the website (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
3. 1.3. The Administration reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page.
4. 1.4. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Use of the website

1. 2.1. The website floroom.com.ua is intended for browsing the shop's catalogue and placing orders for flowers, bouquets, gifts, and floral arrangements.
2. 2.2. Users agree to use the website solely for lawful purposes and not to take any action that may disrupt its operation or cause harm to the Administration or third parties.
3. 2.3. The following actions are prohibited:
   • copying, reproducing, or distributing website content without the written consent of the Administration;
   • using automated tools to collect information from the website (scraping, crawling);
   • posting false or misleading information on the website;
   • attempting to gain unauthorised access to website systems or data.
4. 2.4. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted website operation and accepts no liability for temporary unavailability due to technical reasons.

3. Registration and account

1. 3.1. Registration on the website is not required to place an order. Orders may be placed as a guest or by contacting the shop directly.
2. 3.2. If a personal account is created, the User is responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential.
3. 3.3. Users must promptly notify the Administration of any unauthorised access to their account.
4. 3.4. The Administration reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

4. Orders and payment

1. 4.1. Orders may be placed via the shopping cart on the website, by phone, or through messengers (Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp).
2. 4.2. All prices on the website are stated in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH). The Administration reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
3. 4.3. An order is considered accepted once confirmed by the shop. Prior to confirmation, the Administration does not guarantee the availability of a specific product.
4. 4.4. Detailed payment and delivery terms are governed by the Public Offer Agreement published on the website.

5. Intellectual property

1. 5.1. All website materials — photographs, texts, logos, design, and graphics — are the intellectual property of the Administration or are used on a lawful basis.
2. 5.2. Copying, publishing, or commercial use of any website materials without the written consent of the Administration is prohibited.
3. 5.3. The name "Floroom" and its associated logo are trade designations and may not be used without the owner's permission.

6. Privacy and personal data

1. 6.1. The Administration collects and processes Users' personal data (name, phone number, delivery address) solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and improving service quality.
2. 6.2. Personal data is not shared with third parties except as required by the laws of Ukraine.
3. 6.3. The website may use cookies to improve functionality. By continuing to use the website, the User consents to the use of cookies.
4. 6.4. Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data by contacting the Administration.

7. Limitation of liability

1. 7.1. The website is provided "as is". The Administration does not warrant that the website will operate without errors or interruptions.
2. 7.2. The Administration accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the website.

4. 7.4. The Administration's maximum liability to the User is limited to the value of the paid order.

8. Reviews and user content

1. 8.1. By submitting a review or comment, the User grants the Administration the right to use that content free of charge for promotional purposes (on social media, the website, etc.).
2. 8.2. Offensive, false, or discriminatory reviews are prohibited. The Administration reserves the right to remove such content without explanation.

9. Governing law

1. 9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
2. 9.2. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the website shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
